1. Compensation and benefits:
- Complete monthly payroll with accuracy and timely manner by close working with other related departments.
- Participate in Salary and Benefit survey in order to ensure competitiveness by benchmarking with external compensation data.
- Create the market payline in accordance with Company compensation methodology.
- Manage Annual Salary Increase process and procedure and Bonus Payment every year.
- Administer Social Insurance, labour reports to ensure full compliance with local legislations.
- Administer employee's welfare benefits (marriage, birthday, condolence) in line with company policies.
2. Personal Income Tax:
- Administer monthly personal income tax declaration and payment for employees and quarterly for expatriates, compile annual personal income tax finalization and report to Tax Department in order to ensure full compliance with.
- Update and inform of TAX Regulation to employees where necessary.
3. Training & People Development:
- Conduct Orientation for new employees.
- Work with other Department head to identify performance gaps and implement training solutions to maximize performance.
- Executive the implementation of regulations related to annual performance appraisal system for all staffs according to schedule.
4. Recruitment:
- Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers.
- Preparing job descriptions and person specifications.
- Developing and maintaining an effective personnel advertising program for the purpose of maintaining high visibility with potential labor markets.
- Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
- Update Headcount report.
- Make hiring report status.
- Contact and work with Universities, Colleges, Job Centers for support if having hiring request.
5. Other:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of administrative staffs.
- Organizing company events: company trip, year-end party, etc.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent English.
- BA in related fields.
- At least 5 years working in HR –Admin, strong experience in recruitment.
- Skilled in negotiation, communication and presentation.
- Skilled in management or supervisor employees.
- Honest, decisive and can work under pressure.
